Exercise of the Week: Cross Plank
Give this unique exercise a try during your next ab routine!!!
Cross Plank-
Begin in a pushup position. Bring your left knee into your chest, then bring your left leg to the outside of your body. Repeat ten times then switch legs. Continue this exercise until you can no longer hold yourself in the pushup position.
